1. Definitions and Interpretation
The following terms used in these Terms and Conditions are defined as follows:
"Platform" or "Site"

"Balance"

2. Eligibility and Registration

- A person may only create one account.

Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Updating Account Information

Inactive Accounts
If there is no login or financial transaction for 12 consecutive months, the account may be marked as "inactive". A monthly maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts and will be deducted from the balance. If the account has no balance, it will be automatically closed.
Identity Verification (KYC)
9db may request a national ID card, passport, or other documents for identity verification at any time, particularly before a withdrawal. If the requested documents are not submitted within the specified time, the withdrawal process may remain on hold.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for all methods).
- Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer.
- Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
- The payment account used must be registered in the user's own name.

Withdrawals

5. Bonuses and Promotions
Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times (wagering requirement: 25x).
- Each member can receive the welcome bonus only once.
- Bonuses are active for a set period — once expired, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Not all games can be played with bonus funds — the list of eligible games will be provided on the promotions page.
- If bonus abuse or manipulation is suspected, the bonus will be cancelled.
VIP Cashback Program
9db's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
Advancement through VIP tiers depends on regular activity and participation on the platform.
General Bonus Terms
- All bonus offers are subject to individual terms — please read the specific conditions for each promotion.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it can only be used to play games.
- 9db may prohibit claiming multiple bonuses at the same time.
- 9db reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion to prevent bonus abuse.

6. Gameplay and Betting
Game Rules and Outcomes
All games on the 9db platform are operated by third-party providers (such as Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming). Game outcomes are determined entirely and impartially by a Random Number Generator (RNG). 9db does not manipulate game outcomes.
Betting Policy
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, the bet may be cancelled and the amount refunded.
- If an event in sports betting is cancelled or abandoned, the bet amount will be refunded.
- Winnings will be added to the account balance immediately.
Technical Issues
9db will not be responsible for losses caused by internet disconnection, server errors, or other technical issues. If the connection is lost during a game, the game result will be saved on the server and displayed once reconnected.

- Creating an account using a false identity, age, or information.
- Using another person's account or operating multiple accounts.
- Manipulating the bonus system or obtaining bonuses through dishonest means.
- Depositing funds obtained from illegal sources (money laundering).
- Attempting to access or hack the platform's systems.
- Using automated bots or software to play games.
- Interfering with other users' accounts.
- Participating in any scheme to influence game outcomes.
- Spreading advertisements, spam, or promotional messages on the platform.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
Account Suspension by 9db
9db may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms.
- Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
- Suspicious financial transactions or the possibility of fraud.
- Being inactive for a long period of time.
- An order from a court or government authority.
